  • Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products not caused during delivery.

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
